We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you find any issues with it and want to return it for any reason, you can do so for a full refund or store credit. Please take a look at our return policy mentioned below for more information.
Returns
All items must be returned within seven days in new, unused condition with original tags and labels.
Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to customer service at [email protected] and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and enclose your proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the address provided below:

Please take note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges related to returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to
ensure that the return arrives at its destination.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from the time we receive the item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service number to arrange a refund or exchange.
